WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town's Zoning Board of
Appeals in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, Richard Cipperly's term on the Zoning Board of Appeals will expire as of
December 31', 2022 and Mr. Cipperly has expressed his wish for reappointment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Richard Cipperly to serve
as a member of the Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals until his term expires on December 31,
2029.
Duly adopted this 5t'day of December, 2022,by the following vote:
