The conveyance is for a one-sixth interest in the property and is for no consideration. The grantor is Leo R. Nolan and the grantee is Leo R. Nolan, as Trustee of the Leo R. Nolan Separate Property Trust. The beneficial interest in the ownership of this .:one-sixth interest did not change.
