WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, a Severance Agreement has been entered into as of November 28, 2022
between the Town of Queensbury and one of its employees ("employee"), and
WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to authorize a budget transfer to
provide for severance pay to the employee as specifically set forth in the Severance Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that as specifically set forth in the Severance Agreement entered into as of
November 28, 2022, the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs severance pay to
the employee in the amount of$16,906.40, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Budget
Officer to take all actions necessary to amend the Town Budget by transferring $16,907 from the
Town's undesignated, unassigned General Fund's Fund Balance Account No.: 001-0000-0909 to
Miscellaneous Account No.: 001-1430-4400, and take all other actions necessary to effectuate
such payment, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to sign
any needed Agreement and/or documentation and the Town Supervisor, Town Budget Officer
and/or Town Counsel to take all actions to effectuate settlement and all terms of this Resolution.
