Queensbury • Local Law No. 4 of the year 2021 A local law Amending Queensbury Town Code Relating To (Insert Title) Sewer Permit Fees • Be it enacted by the Town Board of the (Name of Legislative Body) ❑County ❑City ®Town DVillage (Select one) of Queensbury • as follows: • Section 1: The name of this Local Law is: A Local Law to Amend Chapter 136-53(B) of the Code of the Town of Queensbury Relating to Sewer Permit Fees. Section 2: Chapter 136-53(B) of the Code of the Town of Queensbury is repealed in its entirety and replaced with the following language: "A permit and inspection fee for a residential/commercial use will be required, except for initial hookups of existing structures within the time schedule allowed in 136-44, measured from the completion date of the construction contract of the public sewer servicing the structure. Such fee shall be detailed, from time to time, by Town Board Resolution and included in the Town's Wastewater Department fee schedule. The cost of an industrial permit shall be negotiated with the Town of Queensbury at the time of application. This will depend on the volume of sewage, number and size of connections and quality of discharge." • • (If additional space is needed,attach pages the same size as this sheet,and number each.) 1 Section 3: The invalidity of any clause, sentence, paragraph or provision of this Local Law shall not invalidate any other clause, sentence, paragraph or part thereof.
