WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve an audit of bills presented as a
Warrant with a run date of September 20th, 2012 and a payment date of September 25th, 2012,
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrant with a run
date of September 20th,2012 and a payment date of September 25th, 2012 totaling $671,700.72, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
