There are gaps in the frames. - 2nd floor Storage Area middle knee wall space needs wall framed, insulated with a minimum of R19 and sheetrocked with a 22"x30" insulated fire access door. This area is unconditioned space. - Clean up all debris in exposed ceiling insulation area in cold storage space and reinstalled existing insulation that was not laid back down. Make sure all gaps in insulation are tightened up. - Install handicapped parking signs and no parking signs in striped designated parking and access aisle spaces as per approved plans. ( Temporary CO Condition ) - Install handicapped bathroom signage on corridor wall at 60" to center of sign at latch side of bathroom door. - Need to verify address is on building visible from Quaker Rd. - Complete all of the Fire Marshal's Items. - Submit all Asbestos Abatement Documentation. - Open wiring at junction box in dead space behind finished storage space 2nd floor. Create 22"X 30" access to this location. - Open hvac duct in dead space behind finished storage space 2nd floor.
