- Complete all site work, Winter Conditions ( Temporary CO Condition)
- Handrail on existing stairs to 2nd floor office and storage areas need to be extended 12" at top and bottom of
stairs and return into wall.
- Extend hot water tank pan drain line to within 6" from bottom of mop sink.
- Corridor doors need to be self closing and latching and need to be 20 minute doors. Need documentation that
corridor doors to rooms are a minimum of 20 minute fire rated doors.
- Fire caulk all gaps and penetrations in ceilings and walls of mechanical rooms, laundry room, electrical rooms
and IT room on first floor. Also seal with fire caulk or sheetrock and or joint compound on backside of metal door
frames in doors listed above and second floor mechanical rooms. There are gaps in the frames.
- 2nd floor Storage Area middle knee wall space needs wall framed, insulated with a minimum of R19 and
sheetrocked with a 22"x30" insulated fire access door. This area is unconditioned space.
- Clean up all debris in exposed ceiling insulation area in cold storage space and reinstalled existing insulation
that was not laid back down. Make sure all gaps in insulation are tightened up.
- Install handicapped parking signs and no parking signs in striped designated parking and access aisle spaces
as per approved plans. ( Temporary CO Condition )
- Install handicapped bathroom signage on corridor wall at 60" to center of sign at latch side of bathroom door.
- Need to verify address is on building visible from Quaker Rd.
- Complete all of the Fire Marshal's Items.
- Submit all Asbestos Abatement Documentation.
- Open wiring at junction box in dead space behind finished storage space 2nd floor. Create 22"X 30" access to
this location.
- Open hvac duct in dead space behind finished storage space 2nd floor. Create 22"X 30" access to this location.
- Install cover plate on junction box at first floor mechanical room.
- Submit certified electronic construction as-builds for architectural plans, structural plans, mechanical plans,
electrical plans, plumbing plans and fire protection and fire alarm plans. ( Temporary CO Condition )
- Submit Final Approval Letter from Architect and Engineer stating the project has been completed in accordance
with the approved plans, specifications and 2020 COMcheck Energy Code Compliance Report.
