The Contract Documents are designed per the 2020 Existing Building Code of New York State as part
of the official compilation of codes, rules, and regulations of the State of New York. architecture+
conducted biweekly site visits and inspections for the duration of construction beginning March 1,
2022 and periodic inspections were performed by the mechanical/electrical engineer.
To the best of our knowledge, understanding, and belief the above-mentioned project was
constructed in compliance with the Contract Documents, including the plans, specifications, and
2020 COMCheck Energy Code Compliance Report.
