Dear Bruce:
The Contract Documents are designed per the 2020 Existing Building Code of New York State as part
of the official compilation of codes, rules, and regulations of the State of New York. architecture+
conducted biweekly site visits and inspections for the duration of construction beginning March 1,
2022.
To the best of our knowledge, understanding, and belief the above-mentioned project was
constructed in compliance with the Contract Documents, including the plans, specifications, and
2020 COMCheck Energy Code Compliance Report. To the best of our knowledge, understanding,
and belief, the project site work is completed in compliance with the Contract Documents, with the
exception of topsoil and seeding, which is to be completed as the weather allows. Additional
landscaping work and dumpster enclosure per the conceptual site plan filed with the Town will be
completed by the Owner.
