Box M .Branchville, NJ 07826 RE: Boathouse at 19 Woods Point Lane Site Plan Review File No. 49-98 Building Permit No. 98-524 Tax Map Parcel No. 1 .-1-30 Dear Dr. Worts: This letter will serve to notify you of the findings of a recent, December 6, 2001 site inspection of the above-referenced parcel. The boathouse as built does not conform to the above-referenced building permit. Specifically, the north side of the dock as built extends out from the MLW (Mean Low Water) mark 8 feet more than that specified in the approved plan and what is allowed by code per ; 179-60. Additionally, the sundeck as built is larger than the approved. 18' x 40' sundeck. Should you wish to maintain the structure as built, you may apply for a variance for irelief from the Ordinance, and a modification of the above-referenced site plan will need to be reviewed and approved by the Torun of Queensbury Planning Board. It is my expectation that you will contact this office as soon as possible. The last day to submit an application for a January review is December 26, 2001 .
