4 . Private Sw-hmatming Pools . Private swimni n-g pools , permanent and portable ,
which shall be accessory to a pri nc ; pal , non- cok-mmercial dwelling use
shall be reaulated as follows : exc = pt that these regulations shall
not apply to portabl e swimmi r. g pool s whi ch shal 1 be not more than
three ( 3 ) feet in height nor mare thin rifteen ( 1S } -,"et in length .
