As discussed the existing property has a right of way to the neighboring properties and the construction of the system has the potential to cause interruptions to the right of way for periods of time that, if done during the summer, would be detrimental to the neighbors. The existing system has been functioning property and remains intact and will be adequate for the use of the property by the Owner on a limited basis until the fall. The Owners have agreed to pump the tank prior to occupying the property and will pump it again as necessary during the summer. Once the summer lake season has past IBS will return as indicated in the attached letter from Eric Shipley and perform the installation beginning on October 3rd, 2022. If a temporary certificate of occupancy can be issued based on this information it would allow Caren's father to utilize the home for the weekends this summer. Please let me know if this is possible and if there are any additional items required. Regards, Ethan P. We have included some photographs of the installation of the sewage disposal system and the septic plans labeled “As-built” for your files.\ If there are any additional items required please let me know.
