WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants with run dates of October 19th, 2012 and November 1st, 2012 and payment
dates of October 19th,2012 and November 6th, 2012,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run
dates of October 19th, 2012 and November 1st, 2012 and payment dates of October 19th and
November 6th, 2012 totaling $254,651.76 and$1,241,016.41, respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
