On August 10, 1997, I performed percolation tests on lots # 71, #72 & #75 in Phase III of

Hudson Pointe PUD. These tests were performed in the approximate location of the proposed
septic systems., All tests were performed between 24"and 30"below existing grade.
On lots # 71 & #72 I encountered cobbles mixed with very fine loamy sand, on lot # 75 I
•
encountered only fin loamy sand.
•
Stabilized percolation rates were:
Lot#71 2 minutes,48 seconds
Lot#72 4 minutes, 30 seconds
Lot#75 1 minutes, 16 seconds
