- I spoke with John Lapper the attorney for the Moynihans and he
stated they will be submitting their demolition permit in the next
couple of days and once approved will be demolishing the
structure right afterwards. The building permit for the new home
and septic system are currently under review by building and
codes. I believe they have gotten their required variances through
planning and zoning. Once the home and existing septic has been
demolished the property transfer can be closed out.

removed ok to close out Property Transfer and refund $2000.00
deposit.
