Timber Framed Pavilion
Material
The material is to be Kiln dried Douglas fir. The grade will be No. 1 and better (tree of heart)
although no grade stamp will be atfxed. These materials will be planed to dimension. The Umbers
are kiln dried to a maximum moisture contend of 19%measured 1' in (with rnoistlre content high
enough to cause some further checking and shrinkage). Please note that due to the kikx drying
proms, the limbers wit be finished to the dimension (e.g., Sx8 trnber finishes at 7'/4x7'/4).

45 Degree chamfered edges on all posts and undersides of horizontw members, and eased
edges on the top surface of all members.
