Re: signage at the Log Jam outlet Center
We would like to place two (2) wall signs, each sign being 8foot long and 1 foot tall on each
sign of the tower. Right now there is an empty space in the tower.
We are proposing to put
DKNY
GUESS
WILSONS LEATHER
Right on top of each other on each side as shown in the photo. We would also like to be able to
add any additional stores that we might add in the coming years. We only have 2 empty spots so
there would not be a lot of additional signs. The ones on the face of the building will remain.
We took down our pylon sign because we felt it cluttered the road. We also wanted to add more
green area.
We are asking for this relief to have greater exposure for our tenants and to increase sales and
bring more quality tenants to the area which creates Jobs and sales tax opportunities for our area.
