It has come to the attention of this office that a
recent change in the configuration of properties in your
names has developed a number of non-conforming lots . All -
building lots are required to have a minimum of 30 feet
access to an approved road . The recent changes provide
less than the required footage on each of the three fol -
lowing lets :
93 - 4 - 6 . 1 - 93- 4 -- 6 . 4 - 93 - 4 -- 6 _ 22
in that building permits have been issued for con-
struction on two of these lots , the completion of these
projects is in jeopardy _ This Department issued the
permits for lots of conforming size . we will not be al -
lowed to issue certificates of occupancy for dwellings on
non-conforming lots . it is strongly recommended that this
situation be resolved as soon as possible ,
