DAM October 17 ,, 1985 I inspected the above site on 1+6 October 1985 and found fresh fill placed in Wetland HF-3 over a triangular area with approximate dimensions of 200 X 120 ' . It is my understanding that a ticket was written on. the same date for this filling ,activity . If this violation is s;ttled civilly . I would recommend the following conditions o settlement: 1 . The entire eastern edge of the fill be sloped to approximately 300 with the toe of the slope not to extend further into Wetland HF-3 than it is at present . 2 . This newly graded slope be seeded before 1 November 1985 with some type of vegetative cover containing partial winter rye grass need and mulched with hay . After the above is completed D . E . C . has no further Freshwater Wetland requirements for this project unless the area of fill is to be extended . c . William A .
