Brown. ; In response to numerous inquires by area residents , regarding the construction and use of crib docks at your property in the summer of 1987 , I am contacting you at this time to confirm the terms of said dock construction according to the provisions of the Queensbury Zoning Ordin- ance by which said Building Permit was issued. . It is my recolection and belief that prior to issuance of said Building; Permit to construct the crib docks now existant on the north side of your property on Plum Point , Lake George , that the docks would conform to all regulations applicable to location and use as per Article 7 Sect . 7 . 011A-2 of the Queensbury Zoning Ordinance in terms of size configuration , property line setbacks , total linear shoreline requirements and intended use . All of the above requirements have been satisfied by you , however , there is concern that the now existant docks may be rented , leased or used by others than your family , which , I would remind you , would require approval by the Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals based on the fact that you reside in a residential zone (on that portion of your property within Queensbury) and rental or lease of more than one dock slip or mooring , within the Town of Queensbury , would be in violation of the Queensbury Zoning Ordinance .
