WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to authorize a transfer of $250,000 in
funds from undesignated, unappropriated Fund Balance to the Capital Reserve Fund #64 to help
ensure that funds be reserved for future capital improvements and upgrades to Town buildings,
grounds and equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the transfer
of $250,000 in funds from undesignated, unappropriated Fund Balance to the Capital Reserve
Fund#64, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Budget
Officer to amend the Town Budget, make any adjustments, budget amendments, transfers or
prepare any documentation necessary and the Town Supervisor and/or Budget Officer to take such
other and further actions as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
