QUEENSBURY-CITY OF GLENS FALLS JOINT SEWER COMMITTEE

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 315,2012, the Queensbury Town Board authorized the
settlement of certain litigation between the Town of Queensbury(Town) and City of Glens Falls(City)
concerning bills associated with wastewater treatment, and
WHEREAS, as part of such Resolution, the Town and City agreed to establish a Joint Sewer
Committee to be comprised of three (3) appointees of the Town and three(3) appointees of the City to
meet on at least a quarterly basis to discuss Town and City sewer-related issues and report back to the
Town and City, and
WHEREAS,the Town Board wishes to appoint its members to the Joint Sewer Committee,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, in accordance with Resolution No.: 315,2012,that the Queensbury Town Board
hereby appoints the following three (3) members to the Town of Queensbury — City of Glens Falls
Joint Sewer Committee:
• Chris Harrington
• Ronald Montesi
• John Strough
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that such Committee members shall serve at the direction of the Town Board
with their terms to begin immediately, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Town
Counsel and/or Town Clerk to take any necessary actions to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
