11/7/23 Left message with Tom Center on status of septic issues
by David Dickey.
11/17/23 As per Tom Center's email requesting closing out the
septic system permit for 22 Ward Lane due to the fact that Mr.
Dickey has postponed two meetings and has not forwarded his
concerns with the septic system installed on the Barlow property.
Mr. Dickey was copied on the email and has responded. He has
requested more time to submit a detailed response of his
concerns. He has listed a brief summary of some of his concerns
which Tom Center the design engineer will address and respond.
11/27/23 Spoke with Tom Center and John Strough about the
concerns that David Dickey the neighbor of the Barlows has
raised regarding the newly installed holding tank system at 22
Ward Lane. After speaking with John Strough Tom Center will draft
a letter explaining in detail that the holding tank system has been
installed in accordance with the approved septic variance with no
major modifications allowing for the approval of the septic system.
John Strough stated that if there are issues that occur in the future
then they will need to be addressed accordingly.
