QUEENSBURY AND BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS OF THE SOUTHERN

RESOLUTION NO. 20, 2013

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an agreement with Big Brothers
Big Sisters of the Southern Adirondacks for the year 2013, and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement has been presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the Agreement between
the Town and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Southern Adirondacks for the year 2013 with funding for
the Agreement not exceeding the sum of$1,000 and authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute the Agreement,with funding to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
