The plans submitted for this!job do not reflect the
actual construction. Changes are being made at the request
of the Building. Inspectors to correct violations of building
codes.
The building size is the same as indicated on the Permit
application. There is no further encroachment on the property
than with the original structure.
The additional work has been necessary to insure the
structural stability of the building. .
The proper Building Permit procedure( has not been followed
for this construction. The Permit is being issued, only after
many unnecessary delays.
The Building Department is determined that construction
cannot begin until acceptable plans are submitted, reviewed
and approved.
