o EMS Squad Agreements—Rename Paragraph 8 and add the language below as a new

Fire Company Agreements - Rename Paragraph 5 and add the language below as a new
Subparagraph F
Use of vehicles and apparatus should be restricted to official uses as
determined by the SquadlCompany. Only authorized occupants pursuing
official purposes or duties of the SquadlCompany are allowed to use
SquadlCompany vehicles. Such SquadlCompany-authorized occupants may
use SquadlCompany vehicles and apparatus while pursuing authorized duties
of the SquadlCompany and pre-Board-approved activities, such as attending
official ceremonies like parades or other activities that have a direct
relationship to official activities. In addition, the Squad'slCompany's Board
may authorize the use of a SquadlCompany vehicle for travel between his/her
official domicile or job site and emergency incidents in order to ensure rapid
response and expediently respond to emergency situations.
