Previous overall square footage was 372.12 sq ft and proposed is 334.78sf 1,015.75 sq ft. Relief requested for
number and size of signs.
Status: Application approved with the following conditions – no blue background, Walmart with Spark
reduced to 115.67 sf, Grocery reduced to 41.05 sf, Home & Pharmacy reduced to 94.90 the remaining four
signs are as proposed and overall wall signage is reduced to 334.78 sf. Approved 6-0.
Follow Up: Applicant to update plans with no blue background for Zoning Administrator signature.
SV 8-2023 AJ SIGNS, 920 State Route 9 7:52-8:18
Ward 1. Applicant proposes to install 3 wall 4 wall signs of Sign B 68.18 sq ft, Sign A and Sign C to be 30 sf
on each side of the recently constructed WellNow building. The signs are to be internally lit with individual
channel letters. The existing building of 3,516 sq ft was recently constructed and is to remain with no changes.
The existing freestanding sign of 41.50 sq. ft. to remain. The parcel is a corner lot allowing two wall signs of 30
sq ft each and one freestanding sign. Relief requested for number of signs and size of signs.
Status: Application approved with conditions the west sign at 68.18 sf (Sign B), signs on the north (Sign A and
east (Sign C) side reduced to 30 sf and no signage on the south side (Sign D) of the building. Approved 6-0.
Follow Up: Applicant to update plans with changes for zoning administrator signature.
