involvement during the construction phase of the project consisted of review of structural shop drawings, review
of daily inspection and test reports, conversations with the contractor and review of site photographs.
I certify that I am a licensed Engineer in the state of New York. To the best of my knowledge, information and
belief, the building has been constructed in general conformance with the structural plans and specifications.
