We, M and C Electrical Solutions, contractor for Tidal Wave Auto Spa, do hereby certify that
the gas detection system manufactured by Brasch Eviromental Technologies, Model
GSE Generation 2, has been installed and and tested by a qualified electrician in our
employ. Our electrician found the system is functional and actuates two exhaust fans in
the vicinity when NO2 levels are elevated.
