NY128O4 Regarding: Sinatra Site/Stormwater Management Certification Letter 1O6RookhumtRoad Queenobury. New York Dear Mr. O'Brien: Our office has been on site to observe the otormwater design installation. Based on the inspection of the stormwater management devices it is my opinion that the sizing of the southern shallow depression (SMA#1) ioin substantial compliance with the design intent. The northern shallow depression (SMA#2) and Permeable Block Pavers (SMA#3) have not yet been installed due to the time of year and weather conditions. The project site has also yet to receive the plantings and seeding listed on the site plans, also due to weather restrictions. The site contractor has informed me that these devices and plantings will be installed this spring and at the time my office will return to the site to perform our final site inspection. In my opinion, the site is in substantial compliance with the approved plans and a temporary CO, with a final site inspection for final COtobe issued in the spring, ioappropriate. Please do not hesitate to contact meif you have any questions. Sinceme|y, Nicholas Zeg|en, P.E. Pir()JentK8mnmger EnVironnnentm| Design Pmilrnenahip
