ALTERNATE MEMBERS OF TOWN OF QUEENSBURY
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

SECONDED BY:
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury Zoning
Board of Appeals in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS,vacancies for two(2) alternate member positions exist on the Zoning Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board interviewed candidates and wishes to appoint Harrison Freer
and John Henkel as alternate members of the Zoning Board,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Harrison Freer and John
Henkel to serve as alternate members of the Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals, such terms to
expire on December 31St, 2019.
