Re: Septic System Design Certification II '' I C ' Onsite Wastewater Disposal System s --_.-___. _ T t 185 Jenkinsville Raod, T/O Queensbury Mr.Lopez An on-site visit for final inspection of the above-mentioned onsite wastewater disposal system was conducted on December 5,2022 by Jeffrey Mancini,Engineering Inspector,to verify and document the as- built conditions and completeness of construction. The absorption system(as per fmal stamped plans)has 4 laterals, each lateral being 35 feet in length, the disposal field is in the rear yard of the house with the closest portion being 33' from the building.A 1000 gallon septic tank with effluent filter and cartridge were installed, approx. 10' from house. The distribution box is 45' from the septic tank, liquid levelers have been installed and verified. See As-built sketch. Visual inspection of the grounds revealed no standing water within the building envelope of the lot,Final grading had not been completed at the title of inspection. Wales Engineering certifies that, based on field observations, this onsite wastewater disposal system that was designed and has been installed in substantial conformance with the approved design plans and also meets the standards set forth in Part 75A of the New York State Department of Health Sanitary Code Manuel and local building codes that may apply.
