Eoob Baker FRC?M : Richard Morse, RE : Queen victoria rant Phase III On 2/ 11 / 88 , I spoke with Bill Lamy of NYSDEC , stating the fact that we had hit water at approximately 9 feet below finish grade on an area of Queen Victoria Grant . I questioned Bill as to whether he required modified drawings for this . Bill said that he would not - we should note it as a field change and resize the facilities , picking them up so that we would have 2 foot of separation between groundwater and the bottom of the pits . I told Bill that there might be some concern or question on the part of the Town as to changes and modifications of this . Bill stated that the general drawings on the plans were sufficient to detail any modifications . However , he said if the Town had any questions , they should contact him and if they wanted corroboration , we might have to provide a sketch , I told Bill that we would fulfill any obligations that the Town imposed upon u s . The modifications for the following duplex units were given to a representative of Bob Baker .
