Section H Septic System lnsRections:
A. All applications for septic system installation, alteration or repair, as
required by the Town of Queensbury Sanitary Sewage Ordinance, shall
be submitted to the Building Department at least 24 hours before start
of construction and shall include a plot plan showing:
1.) the Propoped ,location of the system
2.) location and distance to lot lines
3.) location and distance to structures
4.) location and distance to any water supply
5.) size and dimensions of all tanks, distribution
boxes, tile fields and/or drywelis
B. No system shall be covered before inspection and approval by the building
Inspector. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the
uncovering of the system by the installer and a fine of up to $250.00.
Co An approved copy of the plot plan shall be available on the construction
site. Failure to produce said plot plan at time of inspection may result
in an immediate work stoppage.
D, Should unforeseen problems during construction prevent proper installation,
alteration or repair of an approved system, a new proposal must be submitted
to the Queensbury Building Department before further construction.

RE : Queen Victoria rant Phase III
On 2/ 11/ 88 , 1 spoke with Bill Lamy of NYSDEC , stating the fact
that we had hit water at approximately 9 feet below finish grade
on an area of Queen Victoria Grant . I questioned Bill as to
whether he required modified drawings for this . Bill said that
he would not -- we should note it as a field change and resI the
facilities , picking them up so that we would have 2 foot of
separation between groundwater and the bottom of the pits .
I told Bill that there might be some concern or question on the
part of the Town as to changes and modifications of this . Bill
stated that the general drawings on the plans were sufficient to
detail any modifications _ However , he said if the Town had any
questions , they should contact him and if they wanted
corroboration , we might have to provide a sketch . I told Bill
that we would fulfill any obligations that the Town imposed upon
us .
The modifications for the following duplex units were given to a
representative of Bob Baker .
Three Duplex Units
Seven 8 ' diameter , 5 ' effective depth dry wells would be
required with an invert elevation at 398 . 91 .
Two Duplex „ U"n. ts
Five $ ' diameter , 5 ` effective depth dry wells would be
required with an invert elevation of 399 . 55 ' .
