We have reviewed the project and have the following engineering
comments:
1. Lot 1 grading should divert any surface flow away from the
location of the existing well.
2. Lot 1 driveway culvert sizing calculations should be submitted.
3. Regarding sewage disposal for lots 1 and 2:
a. Effluent pumping will be necessary to utilize fill systems.
b. Ten (10) feet of horizontal separation must be maintained
between the limits of the absorption field fill area and
property lines.
C. Absorption field size must be finalized based on the
stabilized fill perc test results.
