Enclosed please find plot plan and elevation sketches
of proposed re-construction of existing frame structure,
attached to main building, of Adirondack Machine Corporation,
at 121 Dixon Road, Glens Falls, New York.
This re-construction is intended to provide badly needed
Office space and to improve the exterior appearance of this
building. All re-construction will be within existing build-
ing lines. You will note, that we have increased the roof
pitch to provide more adequate drainage. Construction will
be wood frame, on a continuous footing wall foundation. All
state and local Building Codes will, of course, be adhered to.
We would like to begin construction on or about March 15,
1982. I, also , enclose photos of the existing building for
your reference. Should you have any questions, please feel
