MOTION TO TABLE SITE PLAN 6-2015 & SPECIAL USE PERMIT 7-2015, THE FORT MILLER CO., INC., Introduced by
Paul Schonewolf who moved for its adoption, seconded by David Deeb
Tabled to April 21, 2015 in accordance with the resolution by staff, plus request of new items:
1. The applicant will provide an updated submission with comments from DEC or SHPO about the proposed
project noting that SHPO may not be required as a DEC requirement, they will look into that further.
2. Updated plans showing exact distances from homes, similar to map provided curing discussion.
3. Summary of other permits such as required air permit or any other reviews required by any other outside
agencies for mining.
4. A summary of the time line of the project such as when the road is to be built prior to extraction and any
other time line related items.
5. Information on the DEC permit and easement that's required on the Kubricky site in reference to their
updating and modifying their permit requirements.
6. Summary of the on -site washing and recycling of the water and things like that, how that is maneuvered on
the site as temporary locations for their operations.
7. Provide a copy of the bond.
