As part of its review process, the Town of Queensbury Planning Board notifies the general public and property owners within 500 feet of the proposed project, conducts a public, hearing and performs an environmental assessment of the proposal in accordance with the N.Y.S. Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) requirements.
