DISCUSSION:
1. Ledgeview RV Park Rezoning
Ms. Patty Hughes-Green-Presented the Town Board with a proposal to change
zoning from RR to LC 10...proposal to increase size of RV park ....approximately 80
lots.
Supervisor Montesi-It is the feeling of the Board that we will go with LC10
Craig Brown-Zoning Administrator - Campground to make a reference to seasonal
use.
Discussion held regarding notifying APA — noted we are not extending the season,
the use is allowed in the park but we may have to add wording if you are outside
the park you can do seasonal a hundred and eighty days to something like that.
Application to be filed by applicant.
Town Board will act as Lad Agent.
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR AN EXECUTIVE SESSION

RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby moves into an
Executive Session to conduct interviews for Cemetery Superintendent and
Candidate for the Second Ward Kerry Girard.
