WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury Board
of Assessment Review in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Town's Board of Assessment Review and the Town
Board therefore wishes to appoint Kyle Noonan to fill such vacancy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Kyle Noonan to serve as a
member of the Town of Queensbury Board of Assessment Review with his term to expire September
30th, 2016 in accordance with New York State Real Property Tax Law §523.
