QUEENSBURY, WARREN COUNTY, NEW YORK TO BE KNOWN AS THE LAND 0 '
PINES WATER DISTRICT, TO BE BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS HEREINAFTER
SET FORTH, AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER SYSTEM TO SERVE SAID
DISTRICT, INCLUDING THE ACQUISITION OF LAND OR RIGHTS IN LAND, AND
ORIGINAL FURNISHINGS, EQUIPMENT, MACHINERY OR APPARATUS NECESSARY
IN CONNECTION THEREWITH AT A MAXIMUM ESTIMATED COST OF TWO HUNDRED
FORTY THOUSAND ($240, 000 . 00) DOLLARS IS HEREBY APPROVED AND AUTHORIZED.
THE METHOD OF FINANCING THE COST OF SAID IMPROVEMENT SHALL BE BY THE

ESPECIALLY BENEFITED THEREBY IN THE MANNER PRESCRIBED BY SUBDIVISION 2
OF SECTION 202 OF THE TOWN LAW.
SECTION. 2 . SAID WATER DISTRICT SHALL BE BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS IS
SET FORTH IN SCHEDULE "A" ANNEXED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
SECTION 3 . WITHIN TEN ( 10) DAYS AFTER THE DATE THAT THE ADOPTION OF
THIS RESOLUTION BECOMES EFFECTIVE, THE TOWN CLERK OF SAID TOWN IS HEREBY
DIRECTED TO FILE A CERTIFIED COPY OF THIS RESOLUTION, IN DUPLICATE, IN
THE OFFICE OF THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF AUDIT AND CONTROL, IN ALBANY, NEW
