WHEREAS, "Ride With the Vets" has requested authorization from the Queensbury Town
Board to conduct a bicycle race partially within the Town of Queensbury as follows:

DATE Sunday, May 19t'2013
TIME 10:00 a.m.
PLACE Beginning at Goggins Road and ending at Dixon Road
(Map depicting course attached);
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby acknowledges receipt of proof of
insurance from Ride With the Vets and therefore authorizes its bicycle race partially within the Town
of Queensbury as delineated in this Resolution, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby approves this event subject to approval by the
Town Highway Superintendent, which may be revoked due to concern for road conditions at any time
up to the date and time of the event.
