WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants with run dates of April 22nd, 2013 and May 30 th, 2013 and payment dates of
April 22nd, 2013 and June 4tt', 2013,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run
dates of April 22nd, 2013 and May 30 ', 2013 and payment dates of April 22nd, 2013 and June 4 ',
2013 totaling$277,329.24 and$602,858.20, respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
