WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve three (3) audits of bills
presented as Warrants with run dates of July 24th, 2013, July 29,h 2013 and August 1St, 2013 and
payment dates of July 24t1i 2013, July 29th 2013 and August 6 h 2013, respectively,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run
dates of July 24th, 2013, July 29th 2013 and August 1St, 2013 and payment dates of July 24th, 2013,
July 29th 2013 and August 6th 2013 totaling $304,121.36, $866.75 and $814,421.84, respectively,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
