Alterations to parking, travel lanes, and pedestrian walkways are also proposed with a new dual drive-thru area. The 440 sq. ft. addition is to be a new dining area and the 120 sq. ft. addition is to be a new vestibule area. The exterior work includes alterations to the parking area on the west side of the building to accommodate two new drive-thru areas. This is similar to the drive-thru areas that were redone at the exit 18 McDonalds. The site landscape will be increased at the front of the building, the drive-thru areas, and the new vestibule area. The plans show the alterations to the building and site.
