STAFF COMMENTS:
The applicant proposes to remodel an existing McDonald's restaurant with interior and exterior improvements.
The 440 sq. ft. addition is to be a new dining area and the 120 sq. ft. addition is to be a new vestibule area. The
exterior work includes alterations to the parking area on the west side of the building to accommodate two new
drive-thru areas. This is similar to the drive-thru areas that were redone at the exit 18 McDonalds. The site
landscape will be increased at the front of the building, the drive-thru areas, and the new vestibule area. The
plans show the alterations to the building and site.
