WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the Town of Queensbury
Board of Assessment Review in accordance with the New York State Real Property Tax Law, and
WHEREAS, the term of Board of Assessment Review Member Stephen Borgos will expire as
of September 30t`, 2013 and Mr. Borgos has expressed interest in being reappointed to the Board for a
new five(5)year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Stephen Borgos to serve as
a member of the Queensbury Board of Assessment Review with his term to expire September 30th
2018 in accordance with New York State Real Property Tax Law §523.
Duly adopted this 9t'day of September, 2013, by the following vote:
