WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants with run dates of October 24th and October 31St, 2013 and payment dates of
October 24th and November 5th 2013,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run
dates of October 24t1i and October 31St, 2013 and payment dates of October 24u' and November 5u',
2013 totaling $57,950.55 and $220,681.50 respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
