The applicant proposes additional plantings around the building to be used and to upgrade the building with siding, shingles with new windows and doors. The new lighting is to be down lit fixtures and to allow for the parking area to be lit. The plans show the exterior building elevations and the proposed interior layout with three rooms for business use. The applicant has requested waivers from letter K 2 foot contours and letter Q -soil logs. The applicant has submitted information for review with NYSDEC Heritage Program and NYSHPO Historic sites as the project site is located within the buffer areas. The applicant has explained that the catering business building is proposed to be connected to the sewer line dependent on agreement with the property owner who owns the easement and the Town. SUMMARY The applicant has completed a site plan application for the reuse of an existing building for catering business and associated cooking activities. The project is subject to SEQR for review and the applicant has completed Part I. The Board may consider the request for waivers for contours and soil logs. The board may consider requesting clarification of operational hours. The board may also consider a condition that the prior to a building permit the sewer is connected or a compliant system is installed. Their variance from hook up has expired. The need to sit before the Town Board to renew the variance or hook up. 2. 1819SR9 (L) UGGI) • No connection to the sewer(which is still technically owned by the Starks) will be allowed until a notarized letter from the owner of that sewer(The Starks) is received granting permission.
