STAFF COMMENTS:
The applicant proposes to redo all of the façade work on the Lake George Northway Plaza and to install an
elevator for access from the rear parking area. The applicant has indicated the tenants spaces will not be change
it is the façade only that will be new. The new façade is to be consistent with the project for the new outlets
across the street. The site landscaping will be improved with pedestrian amenities with benches. New signage

39 ft. in height and will replace the existing rear stairwell where the stairwell near the Nautica tenant will
remain in place. Site improvements will also include new light fixtures, resurfacing the parking area,
renovating restrooms, and painting along the trim and columns. The submission included a color rendition of
the existing and proposed look of the new façade and improvements to the site along with a landscaping and
lighting plan.
