WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 69,2007, the Queensbury Town Board established the full-
time position of Fiscal Manager and appointed Barbara Tierney to the position, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 72,2008, the Town Board enacted Local Law No. 1 of 2008
entitled, "Expansion of Town Residence Requirement for Town Budget Officer," and such Local Law
was received and filed by the New York Department of State, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 151,2008, the Town Board appointed Barbara Tierney as
Town Budget Officer, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to reappoint Ms. Tierney as Town Budget Officer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Barbara Tierney as Town
Budget Officer effective January 1St, 2014, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Budget Officer to complete any documentation and take such other and further action necessary
to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
