WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to reappoint Joanne Watkins to the part-
time position of Purchasing Agent for the year 2014 in addition to her full-time position as Accountant,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Joanne Watkins as Town of
Queensbury Purchasing Agent effective January 1St, 2014 and authorizes and directs that Ms. Watkins
be paid the $5,683.71 stipend for such position for 2014 in addition to her annual salary for the
Accountant position, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
complete any documentation and take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
